Blue Wants to be a Millionaire Swatch

I LOVE this polish, “Blue Wants to be a Millionaire” from Wet n Wild, especially for only $2. This is one of their “Fastdry” polishes and it does dry in just a couple minutes. Application took only 3 light coats and the formula is really easy to use.
